We are looking for a 2nd level Application Specialist, responsible for providing solutions for problems that cannot be handled by the 1st level. You will be part of a team responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently in-line with SLAs, which includes a broad range of queries.
Responsibilities
Supporting Level 1 support team and Partners network
Providing support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues
Providing ticket routing and escalations to Level 3 support
Requirements
Mandatory:
Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
Basic understanding of POP/IMAP/SMTP/ACTIVE SYNC protocols
Experience with administration of Active Directory / LDAP
Basic understanding of databases (SQLite, MySQL)
Clear written skills in English
Optional (advantage):
Previous experience with IceWarp or other mail server administration
